INKMAN x Dubai Street Museum
Few months before the Dubai Street Museum project, INKMAN received an invitation from our friends from StreetArtNews to take part of this adventure
In collaboration with BrandDubai, Dubai Municipality, and The Mine gallery, they invited international artists to paint in different well-known streets of Dubai, such as the 2nd December street where INKMAN created his new mural inspired by a poem of Dubai governor,
as the theme of the project was the traditions and culture of the city, the exact sentence read:"A positive spirit resides in our soul, it demands our attention and play a strong role" During the painting process, two painters from India "Guben" & "Pramond" who work in Dubai joined INKMAN to prepare the 45x20m background with gradient blue, then at the end of the mural, different students from art schools came and tried for the first time to paint on the wall.
Such a great memories during this adventure, the massive love and generosity you can see, happened during all the painting process, in different window of the building we met a family, they support us and helped us, some of them bring us food and water, also Karak by the amazing ladies of the store next to the building, thank you so much for everything, we would like to thank the amazing team behind this project, for their help and trust, also the Shabu-Shabu restaurant who offer the delicious Asian food.
